Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled by writing an email to customer care from the registered email id giving the reference of the order number or calling us at 9090 1010 65. The customer care will cancel the order upon confirmation and the refund will be initiated. In case the order has been shipped you will have to request for a return and we will refund as per agreed term and condition once the Equipment is received by us.
The refund in either case will be done through the means the payment was made. In case of payment made by credit cards the refund will be made to the credit card account only and the same way for other payment methods.
Replacement/Returns Policy
In case the Equipment delivered to you on rental basis is having any sort of problem and not working or is different from the one ordered Mtandt Rentals will replace the same at no additional cost to you. Please call or mail the customer care giving the details of your order number and we will immediately replace the same.
